Yes, we would prefer to have a purchase order for calibration services but no, it is not required. We also accept payments via credit card or ACH.

We do not require RMAs at this time but it is very nice to know that units are being shipped to us.

How often do you pick-up/deliver?

Our current route is scheduled to run once a week, usually on Tuesday, but we also make special pick-ups and deliveries if we are in the area.

What is the cost for shipping of equipment?

Our rates are $7.50 each way for most equipment, with a maximum shipping charge of $60.00.

How far in advance should I schedule an on-site calibration?

As a rule, the earlier the better but we prefer for our customers to schedule on-site calibrations two to three weeks in advance if possible.

What is the average turnaround time for in-house calibration?

The turnaround time for in-house calibration averages between 7 and 10 days after receipt of the equipment. We do offer rush and expedited services at the request of the customer.
